Four ways to work together.

Each engagement is scoped around a real problem. Pick the format that matches the shape of yours, or write me about something custom. I take on a small number of engagements at a time so the ones I do take get real attention.

01

Engagement formats

Four formats. Prices below are starting anchors in USD. Final price comes from the written scope after we talk.

Engagements above ~$30K, or that need a dedicated team and US Product Owner, usually route through Clearframe Labs, where I'm a partner. Same scoping conversation, different delivery shape.

Fixed-scope · milestone-based

Build engagement

An idea or workflow you're ready to ship. Scope is well-defined enough to break into milestones.

Duration
6 to 12 weeks, typical
Starts at
Milestones from $20K USD
What's included
  • Scoped plan with milestones and acceptance criteria
  • Design, engineering, and deployment under one roof
  • Integrations with the tools and data sources you already run
  • Two weeks of post-launch tweaks included
You walk away with

A working production system, the source code, deploy docs, and a handover so your team can run it.

2 to 4 weeks · fixed price

Prototype sprint

Pressure-testing an AI idea before committing to a full build. You want a demo against real data, not a deck.

Duration
2 to 4 weeks
Starts at
Fixed price from $10K USD
What's included
  • A working demo wired to your real data and constraints
  • An honest go/no-go with the reasoning written down
  • An architecture brief for what a production build would look like
You walk away with

A demo, a go/no-go, and a build plan for v1.

Monthly · 3-month minimum

Advisory retainer

GTM, RevOps, or AI-product leadership at a fractional cadence. Standalone, or layered onto a build engagement.

Duration
Monthly, ongoing
Starts at
Monthly retainer from $4K USD
What's included
  • Weekly working session plus async support between
  • ICP, pricing, sales process, pipeline, and the playbook to run it
  • Hiring help when the playbook needs a team behind it
You walk away with

A playbook your team can run on after the retainer ends, not a dependency.

1 to 2 weeks · fixed deliverable

Audit & assessment

A focused diagnostic on one surface area: AI roadmap, ops stack, GTM motion, or product positioning.

Duration
1 to 2 weeks
Starts at
Fixed price from $3K USD
What's included
  • Review of current state with stakeholders and systems
  • Prioritized recommendations with the reasoning behind each
  • A short build plan for the highest-leverage change
You walk away with

A written assessment, prioritized recommendations, and a build plan you can act on with or without me.

02

How a project starts

From first email to handover, in five steps.

01

Intro call

30 minutes, no cost. We figure out if there's a real problem under the idea and whether I'm the right person to work on it. I'd rather tell you no in week one than waste your money in month two.

02

Written brief and scope

I send a one-page brief: the problem in your words, the approach, the milestones, the price. You either say yes, push back, or take it to a contractor you trust for a second opinion.

03

Kickoff

Contract signed, kickoff inside the next one to two weeks. We agree on the working cadence, the tools we'll share, and the decision-maker on your side.

04

Weekly checkpoints

Short async update each week and a live call when the work needs a decision. No status theater, no Gantt charts for their own sake.

05

Handover

Code, docs, deploy scripts, and a working session so your team can extend it. If the engagement ends without your team being able to run the thing, I didn't do my job.

03

In scope, out of scope

The fastest way to know if this is a fit.

Usually a good fit

  • AI automations against real workflows where the bottleneck is human throughput.
  • Custom internal tools, dashboards, and admin surfaces adapted to your business.
  • ERP, CMS, and integration work against the systems you already run.
  • Lightweight client-facing applications when the off-the-shelf tools don't fit.
  • GTM and RevOps advisory layered onto builds so strategy and system ship together.

Probably not the right person

  • Marketing sites and brand work (you want a design studio, not me).
  • Generic chatbots with no real workflow under them.
  • Procurement-driven RFPs with 60-plus day decision cycles before any technical conversation.
  • 'Build it and they will come' projects with no operator owning the rollout on your side.
04

Common questions

The stuff that usually comes up before we even start scoping.

How do you price?

Builds are priced per milestone after a written scope. Sprints and audits are fixed-price. Advisory is a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum. The first proposal lays out the price in writing before you commit to anything.

Do you take equity?

In specific cases. Early stage, mission-aligned, with a cash component large enough to cover delivery. I'd rather price the work fairly than be a part-time co-founder by accident.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before we get into anything specific. A simple two-way NDA is usually enough.

What stack do you use?

Whatever fits the problem. Default toolkit: TypeScript and React for product surfaces, Python for ML and data work, Postgres or Supabase for storage, OpenAI and Anthropic models for inference, and a deploy story on Vercel or Cloudflare. If your team already has a stack, I'll work in it where the fit is reasonable.

Can you work with my team's developers?

Yes. I can lead the build, pair with your team, or hand off cleanly at the end. Some engagements are explicitly designed so an internal engineer takes ownership in month two.

What if scope changes mid-build?

Small changes get absorbed. Bigger ones get rescoped together, in writing, before any extra work starts. No surprise invoices.

Get in touch

Ready to talk through one of these? Or something custom.

A short email is enough to start. Tell me what you're building, what's stuck, and roughly when you'd want to ship by.
